How to Upgrade your Smilebox Design

You can upgrade your Smilebox designs in the Send screen. When you are ready to send your creation, you are prompted to enter the email address(es) of your recipient(s). Once you've entered your list of people and your message, you are taken to the Send My Creation screen. Here you have the choice to send a free basic version, to buy that individual design template or to join Club Smilebox. You can purchase an individual design template from the "Send My Creation" screen or join Club Smilebox. A premium design can display full-screen, is sent without ads, has broader music options, and can be printed by you or by your recipient.

If you purchase a design template, you can update and resend creations based on that template as many times as you wish for the one-time purchase fee. If you choose to Club Smilebox, members get unlimited use of Premium designs for a monthly or annual subscription fee. There is a 2-week free trial so you can try the subscription before being billed. As a Club Smilebox subscriber, all design templates are available to you as Premium designs - they play with the ability for full-screen viewing, without ads, have more music options, and can be printed by you and by the person you email the Smilebox to. You can update them and resend them as often as you wish. <em>Note that this available while you are an active subscriber. If you opt to unsubscribe, designs revert to basic mode unless you purchase an individual design.</em> If you choose the free 14 day trial a welcome email is sent to your email address with the date that your free trial ends and your paid subscription begins. It confirms your subscription choice (monthly or annual).

The table above describes the differences between the subscription membership to Club Smilebox (which gives premium access to all designs in the catalog), and purchasing an individual design template (which can be reused again and again). If you purchased a permium design and then later want to upgrade to Club Smilebox, just go to the "send my Creations screen" and choose Club Smilebox and enter your billing information.

To upgrade your Smilebox to a premium design or to join Club smilebox, click on the link below. Don't worry, you won't loose any of your saved designs or e-mail names in your Smilebox address list. Once you have logged on, Smilebox recognizes you and all your stuff is there!

To go to Smilebox now click here and update your design to premium, join Club Smilebox or try it for 14 days free.

To get logged in - click on the button that says "click to get started" If you get a pop-up box that says external protocol request, click on launch application and that should take you to your design pages.

If you are new to Smilebox click on the "click to get started button" and smilebox will guide you through the registration process.

Now is a good time to upgrade to Club Smilebox, because Smilebox is discounting the full year membership price by 25% until the end of December.
